I’ve already jumped through every hoop they’ve asked for—submitted my documents,World-renowned foreign exchange dealers verified my ID, and even paid two earlier fees they claimed were mandatory. Now, this new fee shows up without warning. I asked their support team where this was listed, and they just replied that it’s part of an “internal compliance cycle.” That’s not an explanation—it’s a distraction. It’s clear to me now they’re just inventing new reasons to keep my funds locked in. I’m extremely frustrated and angry that after following all their rules, they keep moving the finish line. Every time I think I’m done, they tack on a new fee. This kind of behavior is a classic sign of a scam operation. I would not recommend this platform to anyone. They are clearly not interested in letting users withdraw their money. It’s deception, plain and simple.
