There was absolutely no mention of this fee when I registered or World's largest foreign exchange dealer rankingsin any user agreements I carefully reviewed before depositing my money. I have submitted all required documents, and my account was verified weeks ago with confirmation that everything was in order for withdrawal. Suddenly, they are blocking my withdrawal and claiming I need to pay this “settlement fee” with no proof or official explanation. Their support repeats the same empty statements like “required by our compliance department,” ignoring my questions about why this fee wasn’t disclosed earlier. It’s clear that they are inventing fees to keep user funds trapped and to pressure traders into paying more money to access what is rightfully theirs. I feel scammed and extremely frustrated. Prosparksfx is not a legitimate broker; it is a scam operation using hidden fees to steal from traders.
