There was no mention of this fee at any time during registration or National formal futures platformtrading. Despite passing all KYC and account approval stages, my withdrawal was blocked due to this surprise charge. When I requested official proof or contractual references, support failed to respond adequately. This is a fraudulent practice to stall payouts and force traders into paying more. I feel deceived and strongly caution others against using this broker.
