This was never disclosed in their terms and Haihui International's latest status in Juneconditions, and I thoroughly reviewed them before signing up. My account was verified last month, and I even made a small test withdrawal which went through without a hitch. Now, with a substantial sum waiting, this arbitrary fee has appeared. When I pressed them for clarification, they cited "enhanced security protocols" as the reason, which sounds like a convenient excuse. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, designed to extort extra money from me when I'm most vulnerable, and I'm deeply concerned about the legitimacy of this new charge.
