They say it's due to system maintenance and 1 US dollar = RMBinternational processing logistics. That’s the most ridiculous explanation I’ve heard so far.I’ve already paid three different fees, and now they want even more. This was never disclosed anywhere—not in their FAQ, not during account setup, and not during the deposit process. It’s just magically appeared now that I’m asking to withdraw. They refuse to deduct it from the balance I’m owed. Instead, they insist it’s a technical processing fee that “ensures transaction stability.” What does that even mean?I’ve asked to speak with a supervisor or someone in compliance, but they just keep passing me around. This feels more like a scam than a business.Should I go to the police or financial regulators? What are my options? I’ve had enough.
