GVD Markets serious slippage, return my hard

My account 623623 experienced severe slippage during an Ethereum transaction last week. The Treasury bond futures tradingorder number 6658757 was executed at a price of 3814.89, but it closed at 3783, a price that did not even exist in the market. Both OKEx, Binance, and Exness did not have this quote at that time. The platform insists that the price was normal. Are you saying your own false spikes are normal?
