It was never disclosed in the fee schedule or ghc foreign exchange dealeronboarding material. I asked them to point to a policy section—nothing. Their support just said “it’s internal protocol.” That’s unacceptable. After fulfilling all requirements, this sudden charge feels like entrapment. It’s an obvious tactic to keep users locked in and push them into paying again. I’ve lost faith completely. RDMARKETS may look legitimate from the outside, but it’s designed to deceive. This is a financial scam, plain and simple.
