I’ve done everything they asked. I submitted my ID,fxtm official website customer service verified my email, even paid a fee last week they said was final. Now this? They provide no documentation, just pressure to pay or risk losing my funds. It’s emotionally draining and financially devastating. Every time I cooperate, they move the finish line. I trusted them. That was my mistake. This is a calculated scam and people need to be warned.
