My KYC was already completed and NASDAQ Stock Exchangeapproved weeks ago. This new fee wasn’t mentioned anywhere during the process. They claim it’s part of an ongoing security protocol, but that makes no sense since everything was cleared. It appears they’re recycling excuses to block user withdrawals while extracting additional payments under different names.
