Pulse Bkr just told me my withdrawal can’t be completed unless I pay a $1,750

This wasn’t mentioned during onboarding or Overseas 2D mall payment channellisted anywhere in their terms. I’ve verified my identity, provided bank info, and complied with everything they asked. But now they’ve moved the goalposts. When I asked where this came from, they gave me a vague excuse about “external remittance compliance.” I’m tired of the runaround. They’re stalling, delaying, and clearly don’t want to release my funds. This is predatory and deceptive behavior. I strongly believe Pulse Bkr is running a fraudulent operation.
