This fee was not disclosed during account setup or fxdd Forex trading platform downloadverification. I had submitted all documents and was told my account was fully approved. Suddenly, this new charge appeared, blocking my funds. Customer support refused to provide any legitimate documentation or proof that this charge was valid, replying only with evasive answers. This is a clear scam tactic to trap funds and extort additional payments. I am disappointed and advise others to stay away.
