This fee came completely out of the blue. I’ve already completed all the necessary verification steps,metatrader4 download and install and I was told everything was approved. Why is this new fee suddenly required? They claim it’s a “necessary final step,” but this wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the terms or registration process. It feels like they’re just inventing charges to delay or prevent my withdrawal. Every time I question them, they give me vague and unsatisfactory answers. Has anyone else been asked for an “audit charge” before they could withdraw? How did you resolve this issue? I’m getting really frustrated and want to take action, but I’m not sure what steps to take.
