I’ve gone through the entire process—document upload,Detailed tutorial for foreign exchange trading verification, approval—and had already received confirmation that my funds were ready. There was never any mention of this fee. I contacted support, hoping it was a mistake, but they said it was “non-negotiable” due to compliance regulations. I asked to see those regulations—they didn’t respond. I offered to have the fee taken from my account—they refused. This is not how real brokers behave. It’s clear now they’re inventing fees to delay and frustrate users. I’ve read similar complaints and realize I’m not alone. Catalyst Markets is not a trading platform—it’s a scam hiding behind compliance language.
