I have Websites to view foreign exchangeread their terms carefully, and nowhere was this fee disclosed. I followed every step, verified my documents, and was informed my account was in good standing. Then, as soon as I requested to withdraw, they blocked it with this sudden, unexplained fee. When I contacted support, they provided no documentation or reasoning, only repeating that it was “mandatory.” This is clearly a stalling tactic to keep user funds locked. I now believe this platform is not only unprofessional but also operating as a scam. They lure traders in with promises of easy withdrawals, only to trap their money behind fake fees when it’s time to withdraw. Avoid gnexus4 at all costs.
