There was no prior mention of this expense in any documentation or Collection platformtheir website. I complied fully with all verification requests and had been assured my account was in good standing. Suddenly, they blocked my withdrawal unless I paid this unforeseen amount. Requests for official policy proof were ignored or deflected with vague responses. This is a classic example of a scam broker using fabricated charges to trap users’ money. I am frustrated and feel deceived after placing my trust in them. Others should be warned about TM9’s dishonest tactics.
