Everything else had been done—identity verification,USG Lianzhun International official website document approval, even a signed withdrawal confirmation. At no point during registration or in their documentation was this fee ever disclosed. When I contacted their support, they repeated the same vague line: “This is standard for international disbursements.” I asked to see the policy in writing—nothing. I asked if they could deduct the charge from my trading balance—they declined. This is becoming increasingly suspicious. This isn’t a regulated fee. It’s a made-up excuse to squeeze more out of users. I’ve now seen multiple complaints online describing similar tactics. CartsFx pretends to be a broker but uses made-up fees to delay or avoid payments. I’m frustrated and exhausted. I regret ever trusting this platform. It’s clearly a scam operation hiding behind fake procedures.
