I couldn’t believe it. I reviewed every agreement I signed, pepperstone official website and no such fee was listed. I had completed all verifications, waited their full processing period, and followed every instruction. Their customer support refuses to give a written breakdown of this fee and instead keeps repeating “policy updates.” The goalposts keep moving, and it’s clear they’re not operating transparently. They’re inventing new charges to delay the inevitable. This is predatory and unethical. At this point, I’m fully convinced Live Smart Trade is running a scam operation.
