This fee was never part of the user agreement or Today's latest foreign exchange pricementioned at any point during my trading experience. After fulfilling all KYC requirements, I was confident withdrawals would be processed smoothly. Instead, this new and undisclosed charge appeared suddenly, with no official explanation or document to justify it. Attempts to get a legitimate policy reference were ignored. It’s obvious they are using hidden fees to trap user funds and force additional payments. This platform is a fraudulent broker that should be avoided.
