I had completed all KYC procedures and Trading platformwas assured that withdrawal requests would be processed smoothly. However, this unexpected charge appeared only when I tried to withdraw funds. They refused to provide any policy or contractual basis for this fee and gave vague, scripted answers when questioned. This is a classic scam method used to trap client funds and pressure traders into paying more. I urge others not to trust this platform.
