Where was this fee before? Why only now? When I challenged them, I was met with vague language like “internal workflow compliance.” It’s a made-up phrase to confuse users. This is exactly how scams work—they get you comfortable, then trap you with surprise fees. I feel completely deceived. No professional financial institution operates like this.
