There was no prior mention of this fee in any documentation or oanda platform downloadduring registration. I had completed all verifications and expected a straightforward withdrawal. This new charge appeared unexpectedly, blocking my funds. Support refused to provide policy proof and only gave vague, scripted answers. This is a classic scam method to extort money and delay payouts. I urge others to stay away.
