Capital FXPrime just hit me with a $1,750 “transaction finalization fee”
I’ve gone through every phase they asked for—submitted documents,European and American fx got verified, even received confirmation that everything was good to go. But when I requested the actual withdrawal, they invented this new fee out of nowhere. I asked for a contract or policy that lists this cost, and they refused to provide anything. They gave a vague excuse about needing to finalize settlement between “partner banks.” It feels like complete nonsense. Each time I get close to accessing my funds, they invent a new obstacle. It’s exhausting and emotionally draining. I’ve invested real money and trusted them, only to be met with this kind of exploitation. I now see their strategy: trap users, string them along, and extract more money through fictitious fees. Capital FXPrime is not just unprofessional—they’re scammers. If anyone else is facing similar issues, please speak out. These deceptive practices must be stopped.
